Transmitting virus via airborne particles Everyone who attends the classes (Keeping distance and reducing contacts)

·  Reduce the number of people attending the classes

·  Widen the classroom space by removing the waiting room area

·  Remove the facility for carers or siblings waiting inside the building

·  Keep 2m space between attendants, whenever we can

·  Make sure all the adults wear a face mask if  attending the class to support their children (for the toddler class)

·  Inform all participants of expected behaviours in advance

(Reducing contacts with equipment and props)

·  Wipe the equipment used in class at regular intervals

·  Advise all participants to bring their own props instead of sharing them

·  Clean any frequently touched surfaces at regular intervals

(Ventilation)

·  Make sure to ventilate the space as much as possible

Transmitting virus via contact surfaces and airborne particles People who use the toilet on site ·  Encourage participants to visit the toilet before leaving their house so the toilets on site are only used for emergency

·  Advise participants to always leave some distance if they do use the toilet on site

·  Make sure that no more than two people use each suite of toilets at one time

·  Remove shared towel to avoid virus transmitting through it

·  Inform all participants of expected behaviours in advance

·  Frequently touched surfaces will be cleaned at regular intervals

Attending the class Symptomatic person attending class Everyone who attends the classes ·  Make sure the members of our community do NOT attend the class, if they (or someone they live with) has developed symptoms of COVID-19

·  Make sure the members of our community do NOT attend the class, if they (or someone they live with) have been advised by NHS Test & Trace as ‘a close contact’ to isolate at home

·  Make sure the staff are healthy and follow the same rules as above

·  Advise all participants to follow these rules strictly
