Ballet lessons for 18 months–9 years old

We all know children love music and enjoy moving their bodies and dancing along with it. Bambino Ballet gives them the opportunity to share that wonderful experience with other children, while they practice body co-ordination. It will also be a chance to boost their musicality and creativity, increase their concentration, all while they are having fun! There are loads of benefits kids will get from dancing.

The class is full of inspiration from ballet. We also have lots of original materials to make it fun. The music we use in the class is recorded gentle classical music, jazz tunes, and instrumental versions of familiar nursery rhyme tunes too. It is a great opprtunity for children to get to know and enjoy variety of music.  Why not step in and dance together!

  • ”My daughter loves attending bambino ballet classes. Ioe is a very patient, friendly teacher and provides lovely resources for the children to use. I take my daughter to these classes not merely for her to learn ballet steps but because Ioe creates such a safe and happy learning environment.”
    – Sarah
  • ”A ballet class that is so much more…..whilst the little ballerinas are taught technical steps in a manner that appeals to them, the class offers …counting, partnership, coordination, and most importantly fun! Ioe is a great teacher who knows how to draw out the best in her students, even the shy ones.”
    – Reenie
  • ”Ella loves her ballet on Saturday from putting her dress on, to seeing her friends when she arrives and, of course, the ballet class itself. The activities have been really good for her general pre-school development too.”
    – Dean

Who is it for?

Bambino Ballet is aimed at children from around 18 months to around 8 years old. Bambino Ballet offers different classes for different age groups.

For the youngest class the parent or carer is requested to stay with them to support and help them follow the class but you don’t need to have any experience in ballet. If your child is confident enough to follow the class on her/his own then please sit back and enjoy watching!

For the older children’s classes the parent or carer doesn't need to stay during the class. Just make sure to come back to pick up your child when the class finishes, please!

Where and when?

We have classes for different age groups on Saturdays (mostly in the morning)!

The timetables can change slightly each term. Please message us with your child’s DOB included, so we can offer you a class suitable for their age. Thank you!
